They were always ready to assist! The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the diverse food options, finding plenty of choices to suit my taste. I appreciated the various activities offered, including darts and archery. I had fun participating. The hotel made the holiday more lovely by capturing memories perfectly at the photo shop!
The gym equipment could use a little updating. Some machines showed wear.

The guest relations team was friendly and very professional, always ready to assist with any requests. I felt valued. The service at the lobby bar was perfect, especially from Merve and the team. They created nice experiences. Kemal on the beach offered perfect service.

My room was very spacious with comfortable beds, kept clean by the maid. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The mini-bar was stocked up daily and was complimentary. I found fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.

The hotel has multiple pools, including two that are heated, and I swam comfortably. The slides are great, and my children enjoyed them. There are facilities for tennis and football .

The main restaurant had a great choice of food. I always found something to enjoy! Eclair patisserie is superb, with great cakes, coffee and tea. Chef Ramazan even prepared a special fruit plate for us!

The room had a safe for valuables. It also featured a mini bar with free drinks. The balcony offered a place to relax. Food was delicious with a wide variety.
The hotel lacked a toddler pool for families with young children. Some staff barely spoke English , made communication difficult. The walls seemed thin as I could hear neighbors clearly.

entertained kids club quick check-in lovely room
My family and I enjoyed ourselves . The kids club kept my boys entertained with well-timed activities. It afforded parents some personal time. We booked a VIP transfer from the airport, which the kids loved. Check-in was quick, and our room was lovely. The process was really efficient.
During peak hours, securing a drink at the bar sometimes involved a brief wait.

The main buffet restaurant provides an EXCELLENT level of choice and quality. There is something for everyone, even picky eaters, offering great food at different times of the day and night.

The service was Really good!! Staff are attentive and ensure every need is met. They are always ready to help, especially the guest relations team, and most of the personnel seems interested and happy.

The rooms include a balcony, comfy beds, a safe, WiFi, and a free mini-bar. Family rooms have two rooms with two bathrooms. They also have two mini bars which is very convenient for larger groups or families.

A short boat ride takes you to the private beach. This beach provides unlimited food and drink. The bus stops outside and costs 71p and you look for a marked D to return. The hotel shop is extortionate.

amazing staff food variety nice holiday
The hotel staff are amazing (they were so helpful ). The food options offer great variety and the quality is high. I especially appreciated the entertainment team, they really made the holiday nice.
The pools were sometimes too crowded, made finding a lounger challenging.
